Smithville Auto Salvage LLC Sold me defective radio refused to accept return. I offered to ship back defective radio at my expense they refused. Dowelltown Tennessee

Purchased radio 2/22/16 for $365 Smithville advertised it as having navigation (RB5) my receipt made no mention of returning in 30 days. I had health issues and could not install until May 1st (60) days. Found out radio was defective and did not have navigation. I called to explain my situation  for help, I kept getting the run around for several days. I finally spoke with a guy named Jordan I pleaded with him to help me. I offered to send back the radio at my expense and was willing to wait until they got another in. They sent me an email saying they would not help me.

I  made a complaint with Car-Parts.com this is where Smithville advertises their parts. Car - Parts er tonight call them as a courtesy to try and help. Smithville flat out refused to take the radio back eventhough I again told Car-Parts that I would pay to ship. I called other junkyards and asked their policies for returns all said if customer offered to ship they would accept the radio. 

I also made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Tennessee and so far there has been no resolution. 

This business is unprofessional and not customer focused at all they give all other salvage yards a bad name. I would not recommend these crooks to anyone. There are many reputable salvage yards in the US  go to stay away from this place. Smithville Auto Salvage knowingly sold me a defective radio and in addition advertised it as having navigation when it didn't  My receipt does not stipulate that the item must be returned in 30 days these guys are not honorable at all. 

They required certified funds and would not accept PayPal because of their fees.
