I responded to an online advertisment for a $9.95 trial for an electronic cigarette. There was nothing in the advertisment that stated there was a $89.95 membership fee and there would be a fee for $29.95 a month. Now I started to recive more of there refills ,which I have sent back and also I sent them a canclelation notice by E- Mail I did get a E-Mail back from them saying it was canceled. I did talk to them but they did not say if they were going to remove the charges from my credit card for the $89.95 and $29,95 or not. 

I just found out from my Credit Card Co there is a way to place a order like this, that a company can only put the charges for that order on your credit card. Check this out with your credit card co for future use.
