Bought a motorcycle from Smokin Harley Davidson in Winston Salem NC. I thought they were honest but I come to find out that a bike that should sell for $5,200 was sold to me for $6,700. If that isn't grimy I don't know what is. I went to sell the bike back and was told it was worth between $$3,500 and $3,700. Don't buy from them! they are obviously a bunch of rip off artist that cannot be trusted!

You're right it is buyers remorse. Remorse for doing business with such a sorry business. It's you that should be looking at your eighth grade text books since that is probably as far as you got in school. You don't need a book to know that you ripped me off and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Believe me I will do all I can to keep it from happening. Plain and simple they will rip you off. Be ware!

You paid the negotiated price for the bike; therefore, you were not ripped off. Merchants are not required to observe someone else’s opinion as to the value of their merchandise. Your dissatisfaction with the cost is a case of buyer’s remorse. They can offer any amount they choose to buy back the bike. You may want to read about ‘free market’ in an eighth-grade civics textbook.
You have the option to sell or advertise the bike at any price you choose. Potential buyers have the option to pay or offer a different amount.
