SN Servicing Corporation, Eureka, California forced out of my home Eureka California

I refinanced my home back in 2002 and in 2004 I lost my job. The mortgage company allowed me a forebearance for 24 months. I was to begin my payments in April of 2007. I received a letter from SN SErvicing stating that I was 30,000 behind and that I needed to payup or they would foreclose. I did not even know they had taken over the mortgage from my bankrupt mortgage company. I received no notification of anything.

I hired a lawyer and spent one year fighting the foreclosure. I even contacted a modification company and they ripped me off for one month's mortgage payment. During that time, SN Servicing would not allow me to pay anything toward the mortgage and all my money was going for attorney fees.

I then had no choice but to file bankruptcy. SN Servicing would not allow me to reorganize and make my payments and because of bad credit I was unable to get a refinance. I had to return the house to SN SErvicing and I am now waiting for the foreclosure notice.

I have packed up all my things and getting ready to move. I lived in my home 22 years and now I am losing everything. The only thing that keeps me going is my faith and my family. Thing about it is, it's hard to rent when you have this hanging over your credit.

I have a new job and am well capable of making the payments on the home. I would love to stay here and finish out my golden years, but thanks to SN Servicing, I can't. I hope no one else has fallen into this trap.
