I ordered 12 magazine subscriptions from snappymags.com on Jan 14th. It is now the end of April, and I have not received one magazine. I've tried to contact them via email, and although they send an automated response, "you will get a response in 24-48 hours",needless to say, they have not contacted me. By law, a company cannot charge you until the item is shipped. I have been billed, and paid over $200 for my magazine subscriptions. Not one has been received. (On the same date, I ordered several subscriptions from another mag company, and ALL of them have arrived without a problem)

I've noticed many other people have had a problem with this company. I am giving them one last chance to contact me. I gave them a time limit to be in touch. Then, I will be contacting the BBB, the FTC and the Attorney General. If Snappymags.com has a reputation, and many complaints from others due to similar situations, there is a possibility of a class action lawsuit due to fraud. Please respond if you have had problems with this company, so I can include your complaints with my filings to the above listed consumer advocate companies.

If you are thinking about ordering from snappymags.com and came across this report, please think seriously about what you have read, from me, and other consumers, and consider ordering from somewhere else instead.
