hello i recently purchased some candles from sneakpeeq.com and that was 3 weeks ago. i have not received a tracking number or a confirmation of payment through email.I have tried calling several times and one of men that work their even hung up on me forcing me to call back,worst customer service experience i have ever had!!.So i called back again and the other guy i talk to gave me the run around i just want to know where are my candles and my free gift with purchase? i am also contacting authorities because at this point its stealing and i will not allow them to get away with this!!

All i want is a tracking number or something that says i am going to get these candles.On the website it just says processing that could mean anything.please do not give me a perfunctory response and apology because i do not accept!this is the year 2012 i have never in my life made a purchase online where it took 2 months or even 2 weeks its unheard of and its unacceptable.I want my money back you can keep your product i dont want it anymore because the services was not rendered.thank you for your time!

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with your order. The candles are shipped directly from the vendor and as soon as they make tracking information available to us it will be updated on to your account. It is possible for the item to have been shipped/received without the tracking number being updated if the vendor does not provide that information to us in a timely manner.
If you have not received your candle within the allotted shipping time frame, we will contact the vendor on your behalf and request for a new candle to be shipped. If that is not an acceptable solution for you, we can refund your purchase price. This is the same information that any customer service agent would have explained over the phone. Perhaps something happened to the phone lines when you called, nobody would ever intentionally hang up on a customer and we're sorry if you thought that.
