SNOCAP - IMEEM violates contract and does NOT pay artists! San Francisco California

Company has not paid us according to the terms of our contract - phone number is useless, as no one ever answers the phone or returns messages. Although I did once catch a woman there, and she seemed surprised that I was a customer. She had me send an e-mail to a different address than that made available on their website, and that was the ONLY time I got a response from them at all. All subsequent attempts to contact them via e-mail or phone have failed.

In their sole response, they claimed that they would have their accountants "look into" our account and mail me a check if we were owed money. Odd, as they do have direct deposit information for us...in any case, no accountant ever contacted us, and no payment has been forthcoming. I don't expect it ever will be.

Avoid this company at all costs - they have no interest in customer service or, apparently, in honoring their contractual obligations. They are incompetent and shady at best, a deliberate scam at worst.
