I purchased a Snuggie for 19.95 plus 10.00 for pockets. I was to receive an additional Snuggie for the cost of shipping 7.95. My bill should have been 55.85, instead I received a bill for 91.70, with no explanation. I''ve tried repeatedly to contact them and only get a computer voice, with no other response, except a busy signal.

Hi,
I was also charged this 91.70 for Snuggies that I ordered and I didn't think this was right as I only did add the pockets so that should be the only additional fee. When I called them I go this explanation:
There are 2 full sets of Snuggies coming (aka 4 total) for 29.95 each
and Handling Is 31 dollars itself.
This is the 91.70.
I bet you did what I did when it asked for the color of the second set, it wasn't asking for the BOGO one, it was offering you a completely different set. The company operator said that if we send back one of the Snuggie sets that he would refund us the cost of that set.
So word to those who are thinking about getting a Snuggie, DO NOT GET THE SECOND SET. Hope that helps.
