We bought an air conditioner and installation from this company three years ago. Soderlin did not do the work -- it contracted with another company and we never saw or heard from Soderlin again. Classic bait-and-switch. When the air conditioner broke last summer, Soderlin would not stand behind the warranty -- it would not fix the machine even though there was a defect in the machine. We had to pay for another company to fix it. Avoid at all costs.
