Sofi's Crepes RUDE= Regressive, Underminding, Demeaning, and Expensive Baltimore Maryland

On June 11th, 2013, My girlfriend and I were in Baltimore for a date. It was a romantic evening until we visited this place. We both love crepes, in fact that's our favorite dessert, but this place has surely made me regret my love for the dessert.

When went to Sofi's Crepes around 2:40 pm, we paid at 2:43 pm (according to the receipt). At which time, the cashier, a young white male with a full mustache and beard (almost like a goatee) and glasses over-charged us for a crepe that was listed at $4.15. It somehow became significantly more than that amount. I was very confused and I handed the receipt to my girlfriend to look at. 

In a very calm manner I asked him to please take a look at the receipt and correct the mistake, at which point he turned red and began yelling at me. I had no reason to be angry so I did not address him in an angry manner to begin with, so I was very confused when he addressed me in such way. Being fully aware that he had just swiped my credit card, I asked him to please take a look at my order. I ordered a crepe with strawberries which would have came to $4.15 for the crepe with Nutella + $1.00 for strawberries = $5.15. Well, he then began to tell me what he thought I ordered. My girlfriend and I were very taken aback by his vulgarity in addressing us.

After yelling at us he asked in an extremely abbrassive manner, "Do you just want a cash refund? Down to the amount of the item you think you said you ordered?" Calmly, I said yes. I made it a point to be calm because I never usually yell and two, I wanted to show that I was the bigger person in the situation. He gave me a cash refund, but not in my hand, he throw the manner on the counter in the direction of my girlfriend and I. I have never been so demeaned in my life and I wanted to make sure that I watched as my food was being cooked. After it was done, he shoved the crepe into my girlfriend's hand without saying, "Thank you for coming." or any other good thanks for our patronage. Instead he said, "I hate when you people come in to our store. I hate you all period". 

Again, I have never been so demeaned in my life for who I am. I really want people to know that Sofi's Crepes are not really that good, I've had plenty that were 100% better. I will never patronize this establishment or any of its chain of establishments again.
