Soft4cheap.com Aka SuperBiz Ecommerce Aka James Shin Refuses to unsub me from his email lists when requested, ignores messages, ignored Better Business Bureau re: this matter Redondo Beach California

Late October 2005 I started receiving emails from Soft4Cheap.com at my private email address.
On this website it is stated that you will be unsubscribed from his mailing lists if you request him to do so.

On this website there is no way to contact the owner except for a form which worked half the time I used it.
Several times I used to form to politely request he remove my email address from his lists. I did not get any response nor did the emails stop.

I looked up who ran this website and emailed him at the address I found for him. Not only did I receive no response to my email, but I received an ad email in response.

I reported Mr. Shin (the website owner) to his local Better Business Bureau. Mr. Shin did not respond to their inquiry into my problem.

Today I am still receiving advertising emails from this person from various aliases even though I have requested him to stop. I am unsure why he refuses to stop sending me emails even though he says he will on his website. I do not know if he is that arrogant or just does not understand English, but I have reached the end of my rope and need to do something about this person. I want him to stop sending me his advertisments.

I am reporting Mr. Shin and his business here with the hopes of 1. any other people having the same problem can join in the fight against this person and 2. perhaps something can be done to help me with this problem.

I can report him to the local authorities. I have enough evidence for him to be arrested. Since Mr. Shin did not listen to the Better Business Bureau, perhaps he will listen when he is visited by the authorities for breaking the law.
