We would like to represent our point of view.

On 2004-12-19 Hermann Schellenberg made a purchase with us. The confirmation email was sent immediately by message robot. Sometimes because of advanced spam filters on customers PC they do not receive emails. So, on the purchase page we strongly recommend our customers to add our support email address to the Address Book in order to avoid message delays. In any case we always receive rejects form customers mail servers if message was blocked for some reason (from MAILER-DAEMON@localhost.localdomain) and re-send such message through other mail server and call our customers. In case of Mr. Schellenberg we did not receive such email from MAILER-DAEMON@localhost.localdomain.

We sell downloadable products. Thus we trace the statistics if software was downloaded after the week from the date of purchase. We sent information emails to the customers who did not download product during a week.

On 2004-12-24 we received the first email from Mr. Schellenberg. You could see the email and our reply below:

You could view that the report to your service was posted the same day as the first letter to our Customer Support Service. Moreover it was posted 'Friday, December 24, 2004, 5:14:11 AM'. We were unable to answer it 'immediately' as required and we replied the next day.

Certainly the transaction of Mr. Schellenberg was refunded.

We do not need any explanations or apologies. Some customers are impatient and possibly they have rights. We just like you to post our point of view under the report of Mr. Schellenberg on the same page if it would be possible.
