This company, Mobilesidewalk.com, uses phishing techniques to send unsolicited emails offering "free" ringtones for your mobile phone. If you register through their website for the free offer, you will then be billed $9.99 on your next cell phone bill.

I called numerous times for many days in an attempt to speak to a customer service representative and was never able to talk to a live person. Even after leaving numerous phone messages, I never received a return call. After sending countless letters explaining that I had not planned on subscribing to any paid service and never downloaded anything from this company, I received a written reply stating that I was charged after submitted my information.

Even after explaining that I may have missed something in their 13 pages of terms and conditions and I had not intended to sign up for any paid service and did not use the service, I still never received a response and have never received a refund.

My claim remains unresolved.
