I ordered Windows 7 software on March 27.  March 28 I received an email of shipment and a USPS tracking number. The USPS tracking number indicated a notice of shipment not an actual pickup.

I waited week for a Priority 2 day deliver.  Nothing was shipped and the tracking information remained the same. I called the company number and got a canned message for a call back.  I never received a call back.  I left an email message.  Got no response.

This place is a scam.   Do not purchase from this web site.

Product Delivered

The item was delivered on 4/9/14, approximately 2 weeks after the order was placed on a Priority 2 Day Delivery.

I'm not sure why it was so late.  I tried to contact SPT for status but phone calls & emails were ignored.

I finally got the product but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
