Software Pros Refund never credited to my account. Brandenton Florida

On 7-14-17 while trying to download something completely unrelated I wound up signing up for the "services"of software pros. I realized right away that I had screwed up and emailed them, explaining my mistake and asking them to cancel my account.  2 days later I got an email saying they had cancelled my account and "issued a full refund minus the $9.99 USD processing fee as stated in the terms and conditions.  Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account."  

I was not totally happy with this but I figured I did screw up.  As of today, 9-18-17, my refund still has not posted to my account.  I have emailed them several times and got no response.  The last email I sent was on 9-28-17. I told them then that if I did not hear from them soon I was going to share my experience with Ripoff Report.  Still no response. Calling them is a joke too. Female voice with maybe a British accent and there is no way to speak to a live rep.  The only way I got a phone # was that it was on the charge line when I checked my checking account.  And the charge was $67.74! ! !
