Software Pros advertised a download of Adobe's Photoshop. Once in the website, you think you're downloading the program only to brought to a form asking you for a nominal fee for "technical support" (so far charged $68 - for nothing!). Once past this stage, you are directed to list of other programs but no Adobe Photoshop. The useless program list are all available for a price. Your computer in the meantime has been downloaded with worthless programs and viruses. Phone calls are not returned, and email replies basically say "you should have known better". Know there are other victims out there. If anyone interested, perhaps we can start a class action suit against these guys. A typical case of outright computer fraud.

I googled avista because I wanted to install antivirus software on my computer. The next thing that popped up was a list of 3 payment options. I choose the 3 year service plan for 18.99 a year. I soon realized I was scammed and called to ask for a refund along with emailing a request for my money back. They won't speak with you on the phone and they email back stating they won't give you any money back. On top of it all, they charged me a total of $99 so far. That initial charge was only $60. COMPLETE SCAM AND I'M SCARRED AS TO WHAT ELSE WILL COME FROM THIS......HELP ME!!!!!
