Softwarepros Bait and Switch Internet

Thought that I was purchasing avast security software for a new tablet. Once I submitted the submit button, Softwarepros pops up, showing a whole host of other software to download, and congratulations for joining the club. I never downloaded anything, because avast for my Android device was not offered.

Next day, I look at my credit card and see that Software Pros have charged my card $70.94. I call three different numbers and get a recording"We are closed. Our normal business hours are 9-5 Eastern. But, it makes no difference when I can, they're never open.

I sent three emails requesting a refund; no response.

I'm disputing the charge, and blocked any future charges on that card. I'm also checking with Life Lock to see what's what. I will close this card.
