I reside at 2226 Loring Place North in Bronx  and I would like to file a report against the Slum Lords of Loring Properties.

 THey dont repair and when they do, it is a crappy job, and a week or two the same thing happens. they are sloppy workers, when they do work, and it takes forever for the super to get anything done in the home once reported.

 I also would like to know if everytime the lease is renewed that I have to pay a security deposit if that is legal
