Solarfox Willie/Wilfred Garcia - Stuart Trusty Company offers Solar products like Water heater, Solar panels, etc.., then collect payment from customer(s) and do not deliver. Charlotte North Carolina

I made a purchase from them two months ago and they have not delivered; and they continue to claim that truck has been on the road since. 

Willie/Wilfred Garcia contacted me in May 2013 via email regarding some sale his company was running.  They advertize on Blujay; this was where I left an inquiry related to a product I was interested in.

I subsequently made a $599.00 purchase; I was instructed by Mr. Garcia to make a deposit by buying a Green Dot card and loading $259.00 into his American Express Serve account.  Then, Mr. Garcia had me talking to a Sal Iuci via email regarding delivery.  Initial payment was made on 6/4/2013 and I was told equipments have been on the road since that date.  They've since asked me to pay the full balance and we finally agreed on a C.O.D. instead.  Today is 8/1/2013 and they have not yet delivered.  Several days ago, Mr. Garcia told me expect delivery in a few days as truck driver was in Arkansas and heading toward Atlanta, GA.  He also added that he was selling his business to a Stuart Trusty of Atlanta, GA.  I was able to verify info with Mr. Trusty.  I visited Mr. Trusty's location in Atlanta and only saw a house under renovation but no solar product in sight.  Three weeks ago, Mr. Trusty promised to help me but follow-up calls come up empty. 

I google them after-the-fact and read online that these guys do not deliver and change business names and addresses all the time.  Somebody dedicated a website "dontgetrobbedbythisguy) to warn folks to stay away.
