solavei change of plan without your consent or in a timely fashion North hollywood California

I have been a member for 5 mo now and dealing with an unexcusable amount of issues not only with my account but 4 other members I signup with as well. But now this is enough! Solavei has now added other services that now force you to a set plan. Good you say only if you are a new customer. What my members and I signed up for is not what we are getting. For the same exact amount of services we are now getting less and to add to insult they sent an email notifing of changes a week before the change to due. NO MORE. I could just take my business elsewhere and go silently but why? Why should I let another company come to the US and cheat us once again making it bad to do business. A message must be sent! And to the members who say "nothings wrong with my service" must also take a stand now to protect what they like about this service. I understand changes neccessary to keep a business but intergrity is something as a business owner we cant compromise.  So spread the word about this company and others like it with unfair practices that THIS STOPS NOW. And bring back the customer service that built this country.
