Do not use these people.  They will try and overbid a job for you so that you pay more.  They are not honest with the statement of work that they give you.  You will end up paying way more for any work that they do for you.  Do not trust the "simpleton mentality" that they portray.  They are out to take your money and will not be honest or treat you with respect.  Stay Away!

I don't get it.

"They will try and overbid a job for you so that you pay more."

  If that were the case, wouldn't you just accept one of the lower bids from another company?  If this is a case where you only took one bid and have later found you could have paid less, that's pretty much on you.
