Solid Trust Pay's site says that they are committed to helping their customers when in reality, it is ANYTHING but. Their customer service agents hang up on you even if you are being courteous to them. They love to hold your old information without allowing you to make legitimate changes. One of their reps says, "Anyone can call up and make changes to your account so we make it difficult for our customers to make changes on their account for that reason."

If they were truly concerned about that, then they would take a closer look at their ridiculous security measures. For instance, Solid Trust Pay makes it difficult to change your address. They have these impossible restrictions that are so ridiculous, that you can order their debit card on an old address on the account that they refuse to allow to change and they will unwittingly send the card you just paid a ridiculous fee of $30 for to SOMEONE ELSE who now lives at your old address, giving them FULL ACCESS and POWER to spend on your new card. WHY? Because they get a hard-on for having UNNECESSARY restrictions on your account to make a SIMPLE address change. The reps get a little bit a power and it goes to their heads!. Now does it sound like Solid Trust Pay is committed to helping you? Yes. They are committed to making your life hell by allowing residents of unchangeable old addresses get access to your new debit card and funds. As much as PayPal and banks suck, even they make it easy to make legitimate changes on your account without all of the hassle. And your money stays trapped inside of Solid Trust Pay's payment system. Committed to helping their customers? SOLID DISTRUST PAY because they are not going to release your money! 

Their security measures is a smart way to take your hard-earned money and keep it locked into their payment system. I am sure that eventually, when enough time has passed, that they will then be able to pocket YOUR funds. And he saddest thing is that, not only do they not care about their customers who were foolish enough to make them who they are today, but they don't give a d**n about their bad reputation. Let's put companies like this out of business. They don't deserve your business anyhow.
