this company is a sham....the 2 #'s that used to be listed on their site are no longer listed!!! if you can either one of them, they are either busy or ring until the line goes busy.

There online customer service is "offline" and they delete any tickets that you submit within 2 days.

I went back to check on my tickets and they don't exist...

They take 14- 21 days to send you a check, but if you don't get it, what is your recourse??? you can't call, you can't inquire...nothing, I guess you don't get your money.

I wonder how many people they are doing this to????

DON"T USE THIS SERVICE....YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER FOR YOUR $...IF IN FACT YOU EVER GET IT...AND IF YOU DON'T YOU WON'T EVER SPEAK TO SOMEONE SO YOU WILL BE OUT THE $ ...
