My wife and I fell for the scam from this company offering a credit card. After we paid the $299 fee, we soon realized that the "package" we were waiting for had been delivered back to the company. Since then I have been on the phone calling these people on a daily basis and have been getting the runaround ever since. I was told that we would receive our package during the first week of November and that quickly changed to the week of Thanksgiving. I am here today writing this because we have not yet received our "package" and believe that we have been scammed by this company. I have been calling them for weeks on end trying to get a tracking number so that we are able to track the "package", however, there has been excuse after excuse as to why they are unable to give us a tracking number. I suggest to anyone who receives a call from these people to just hang up the phone and not listen to the amount of bull that they are giving you. You will not receive the card that you were hoping for. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against these people, the ACH prcessing company, and possibly our bank if they do not help me to obtain the hard-earned money that we paid for this complete BS!! Fellow consumers, watch out for these ripoff artists, because they will get you.

Solow Solutions are ripping people off and smiling all the way to the bank.

AUTHOR: Tremayne - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 07, 2005

This is an update to my earlier report concerning Solow Solutions out of Champlain, NY. I called them today and have been calling them repeatedly over the last few months to find out when I was going to receive the package that I was looking for back in October. I spoke with a customer service rep who informed me that the package was delivered to my home on Oct. 27, and that they could not re-ship the package until the other one was returned to them. I was livid, I couldn't understand why they couldn't just send out another package, if they could see that I have been calling for so long waiting for them to send another package. I spoke with a Jake Peters, a customer service manager, who told me that my wife and I paid all this money for a package full of junk. I do not know what was in the package, but from what I understand from reading other reports on this website, it is a box full of junk. I couldn't believe that they wanted us to pay $299, just to send us a box full of worthless junk, which we never received. I am at the pointto where I am going to file a class action lawsuit against Solow Solutions, for misrepresenting the product that they are trying to sell to people out here. If any one has dealt with this company then you know what I am talking about. Their "sales" reps, do not even tell us that the card that we are to receive is a pre-paid Mastercard, or that we are giving away our hard earned money for a box full of junk. I was told by Jake Peters that the application is for a pre-paid Mastercard, and that you have to pay $39.95 in order to receive it. I was livid at this. Solow Solutions knows exactly what they are doing, they are ripping people off , taking their hard earned money, and then sending them something that they never intended to give to you. I will say that this is false advertising in a serious way, and a complete fraud. What they tell us that we are going to receive isn't what they are advertising. Most people would never agree to give away $299 for a box full of coupons, and other worthless crap. Most of us were told that we would be receiving an actual credit card with a credit limit of $5,000, but that isn't what we are getting. Instead we are getting a box full of junk. It's false advertising because they are telling their sales reps, to tell the consumer that they will be receiving a credit card with a high limit, and that the $299 processing fee is for the card. What they are not telling consumers, is that the card is pre-paid, and that they are paying $299 for a package full of worthless other junk. Thank you Jake Peters for letting me know this bit of information. I am not going to take this lying down, I refuse to let them keep taking advantage of myself or other people. Solow Solutions has to pay for what they are doing to people. They are not giving us the product that they are advertising, or selling. So to all of you out there reading this, when you get that call from Solow Solutions regarding their "$5000" credit card, tell them to take their card and shove it up their "arse".
