I was using phone when screen went black. Sent it to Sony in Bloomington IN and they said liquid damage. This phone has NEVER seen water. Moisture indicator in back has NO discoloration at all!! Wish I would have investigated this company before I purchased this phone. Will NEVER purchase another phone from this company and no one else should either!! Seems like a very convenient excuse to not fix their shoddy phones.
