I was contacted by SOS Insurance Services for auto insurance and their owner, Amir Tajalli, was the one working with me.  He was very high pressure from the beginning, he kept telling me what he felt I needed, without listening to what I was asking for as far as coverage was concerned.  Anyhow, he pressured me into buying an auto policy on the spot.  Than 20 minutes later he called me to tell me the price went up and that he had not known about an accident on my driving record even though he had given me the quote on the phone and it was after he said he ran my record.  He said there was nothing I can do about it and that he already ran my credit card! I was shocked and asked him to refund me right away.  He started ignoring my calls and sending me to voicemail.  He than explained to me that he has been in the business for many years and this is the way it work, you pay first and if the price changes it is what it is.  I did some research on this guy and turns out he used to work for Survival and Freeway and he trained a lot of the crooks at those places how to do business the wrong way.  I called the credit card company to dispute the payment and it almost took over a month for me to finally get my money back and Amir fought me on it the entire way. 

Terrible company. Absolutely stink! All they care about is selling you something and not providing any service or explanation as to what you are purchasing. I'd stay away from this company. I highly suspect they provide your email address to spam outfits. After contacting them my email has been flooded.
