Sound Waves Install your car alarm, stall your car!! Van Nuys California

So, I have a car alarm installed in my car from this place (Sound Waves). The very next day on my way to work, the lights start flashing, alarm starts screaming and the car falls dead. I try and start car back up again, it moves for maybe a block, lights start flashing again, alarm starts screaming and car shuts down. It does this two more times before I arrive at work.

My husband calls them up and let them know what the problem is, they basically have no idea what to do. The same day, my husband is on his way to take my daughter to a callback audtion for a television series. What do you know, lights start flashing, alarm starts going off and car falls dead. In the middle of all of this, my husband is speaking to them on the phone about how to silence this alarm. They tell him what to do but nothing works. By now, the battery is run down, my daughter has missed the audition (producers and directors have left) and now the car is running hot. My husband and daughter have to stop and let the battery charge and car cool off before they can make it home. It took them two hours.

The same day, we take the car back to company. They state that they have fixed the problem by bypassing the factory alarm. Okay, we take them at their word. Next day, same game, different day. The lights start flashing, alarm goes off and we are stranded. We had to have AAA tow us and the car home.

We called them the very next morning, no answer. Called again, no answer. Finally called back, said that they would come out and get the car, because by now, the car is immobile and we have no way of driving it back up to the company and we are not gonna pay to have it towed, that should be on them. They make two different appointsments to repair the car, never showed up and haven't even called.

So now, we are stuck with a $175 alarm that has made our car immobile and obviously, they feel no moral obligation to rectify the mistake that was caused by some incompetent employee who installed the alarm in the car wrong twice. Now, we have electronic problems that we didn't have until we paid for someone to install a car alarm.
