Independent Contractors & Employees *BEWARE* -- please avoid this company at all cost. The owner is Richard (d**k) Bond and he is the biggest liar and cheat in the entire country! He either does not pay his contactors at all - or it takes months and/or years to get paid. I am the former Director of VP for IT and was let go in September of 2014 due to confronting him on his lying and cheating ways.

Along with hundreds of contractors, I was cheated out of monies that was promised and due to me. Any employee who has ever worked for this bum will attest to his abusive and crooked ways. I fought hard for the contactors to get them paid (along with other honest employees) and it was a stressful daily crisis every day. This idiot has no concience and could care less about you. A few examples of his cheatings ways are: charging his customers such as d**k's Sporting Goods travel charges, but not paying the contactor for travel - this is downright stealing; raising service rates to the customers with hidden charges - but not notigying the customer of the higher rates; going on world crusies and buying expensive cars and personal goods in place of paying contactors; coercing contractors to sign lien waivers before they are paid when customers get calls of non-payments.

Please research this moron before you consider contracting with him, working for him, or doing any kind of business with him. He tells lies - saying that his accountant embezzeld money from the company to put Source One in financial crisis - he is a major bull***er that believes his own lies -- no one else does though. Save yourself frustration of having to beg for your money and being treated like crap. There is too much to list about this loser, but please research before interacting with him as you are too much of a valuable resource  to deal with this carpet bagger.

Source One Network Solutions Update

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, August 11, 2015

I have just received a letter from Source One Network Solution's Attorney (please see below).

Everything that I have posted is 100% true and I stand by the truth. Source One is trying to use scare tactics and strong arm me - but I reported these issues because I do not want other potential contractors or employees to be burned by him. Please do your research and if Source One wants to try to dispute the truths, so be it. I have many, many past employees and contractors that can attest to his wrong ways.

On another note - I was told personally per telephone that I was let go due to lack of work - and not productivity issue as claimed in the letter --- just another example of lies.

I encourage others that have had similar experiences to post here....

Dear Mr. Janisch:
We represent Source One Network Solutions, LLC. We recently reviewed your post on the "Rip Off Report."
This post is defamatory, pure and simple. It is surprising that you would make such allegations. including that you were "let go" because you confronted Mr. Bond "on his lying and cheating ways." lt is even more surprising that you made these allegations almost one year after you left Source One's employ. The truth, as we all know. is that your employment with Source One was terrninated because you did not meet your productivity goals. To claim otherwise, almost a year later, is false and defarnatory.
The law prohibits people from making defamatory statements which injure a person or company's reputation. The law also provides Source One remedies, including monetary damages, if your statements cause it financial injury. Fortr.rnately, Source One has not yet suffered any financial injury because of your false posts. But be advised that Source One can and will pursue legal remedies if you continue to make defamatory statements and cause it financial injury.
I expect better of adults. Adults with disagreements or complaints bring those complaints to the source, not post them publicly almost a year later and in such a disrespectful and defamatory manner. It is unfortunate you saw fit to make this statement.
If you want to have an adult conversation about your disagreements and complaints. please call me. My telephone number is above. You can call at any time.
