I bought the much hyped SEO Zen from Source Wave.com, Alex Becker and Alex Cass (promoted by Peter Garety and others) on 1 Oct.

The product did not work for me, and was based on spun article directory content. At the end of the 30 day period, I asked for a refund as per their satisfaction guarantee.

I received an automated response, but no answer.

In November I sent a follow up message. No response.

The following week, I sent a new message asking for a refund. No response.

I tried all sorts of other stuff: contacting them directly, going through a thread where Alex Cass had answered me on another topic, going through JVZoo, going through PayPal. None of it worked.

By January, my refund requests were deleted from my Ticket History at the support desk.

I wrote to them again with a new ticket asking for a refund. No response (besides the automated acknowledgement).

I stopped using the product in October, and today I actually went to check out the site, and it is GONE! Webpage not available. Even when I tried it through the JVZoo link instead of directly going to the webpage.

This appears to be a total scam.

I had a bad experience with AutoPilot (v1) from them as well. I did get a refund back from them, and I appreciate it. But the service was totally not what they advertised (very bad quality; I have the submission reports to prove it), and when I pointed it out to them, they were embarrassed, and they were good enough to give me a refund.

I see that on another complaint on this site against Alex Becker ( http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Alex-Becker-SEO/internet/Alex-Becker-SEO-Source-wavecom-Alex-Becker-is-a-fraud-he-is-a-scamer-and-refuses-to-sta-1048761 ) it had a happy ending (i.e. refund and clarity) and I hope that this will eventually happen here too.

The thing is that he is such a likeable guy in his videos, that this type of incident is really disconcerting and unexpected.

This particular experience is pretty bad, though.

I hope they read this and honour their promise.
