Source Wireless Source Wireless is a Rip off! Fraudulantly charged credit card and refused to credit back!!! Escondido California

I have power of attorney for my sons affairs as he is a US Marine and not available.

When my son was on leave he went to Source Wireless Kiosk at the North County Fair Mall in Escondido. He purchased a phone and started a 2 year contract for service with Verison.

a few day s later his phone was lost. We immediately put a stop on service in case someone found it and used it. I had to fax the power of attorney to Verison before they would turn it back on. They recieved the power of attorney, sent me a new replacement phone and turned it on. Source Wireless charged my sons friends credit card $200.00 because the phone service was turned off.....I explained that it was only turned off teoporarily, no bill has gone unpaid, it was just a percausion and the phone is back on now.

This was over a week ago and they still refuse th credit the $200.00 back to my sons friends account. My son had to use his friends credit card to secure the phone as he doesnt have a credit card yet.

Source Wireless will not even deal with me because they state that the power of attorney doesn't have my name on it. It does, they just are to incompetent to understand or read a power of attorney, I have never had trouble with anyone accepting this power of attorney Verison understood it just fine. Source Wireless does not even have to deal with me, all they have to do is check with Verison to see that we have followed through with the agreement, never missed a payment and had the phone turned off only while the new one was in transit!!!

There is no phone number to talk to anyone at Source Wireless. You can call the Kiosk at the mall but of course those are just workers that haven't a clue about anything but selling phones. There is no contact info on their website and the only way anyone at the company will comunicate is via email. I did get a call from the owner Dan Revak, he left a message on my voice mail that he was on vacation (this was before Thanksgiving) and never called me again.

My repeated attempts to talk to a human being and to get anything done have fallen on deaf ears and so I bring the case here hoping to save anyone the aggrivation that I have been through. I have saved all of the back and forth emails if anyone would like to see them.
