South Bay Expressway $621 fine for tolls I didn't make. South Bay Expressway Scamming San Diego California

South bay Expressway sent a bill for $621 for 6 tolls. This was from a period prior to purchasing the car and on a road I have never used. On top of that the tolls are all within a 3 hour window. One toll is separated by 1 minute another by 8 minutes ...so even though they are not mine and probably relate to a previous owner how is it possible to get so many tolls so close together in time without time traveling? Upon writing to South at Expressway telling them that I had not received notice of the tolls and that I was not the driver I got a provider ' we have examined our records' ... I don't think they even examined the notice they sent or they would surely have realised the impossibility of some of the tolls, not withstanding the fact that I was not driving. This sort of menacing behaviour should be stamped out! Shame on South Bay Expressway. Tourists and locals beware!
