Just like lots people, I revceived a letter form South Bay Expressway, said I owed them $62.00 for a $2.00 toll from 3 weeks ago, and it will turn up to $102.00 if i don't pay up berfore due date.

The letter mentioned i drove the location 9012-SMR-SB-2 at the time 05/26/2014 2:30 AM , at which time, which location I didn't go out at all.

Why did so many people get same letters in the same situation? Has their detector too many technical errors?
