South Beach Diet Online BILLED TOO MUCH AND WILL NOT REFUND Internet

I joined the South Beach Diet Online to try it, they allow a free week trial. They also take your credit card info. when you sign up, but they say that it is not for billing purposes. Knowing how internet companies work, I tried calling them to cancel my subscription on a Friday around 5:00 PM, before my trial had ran out, and their customer service department was closed. I have tried contacting them 3 times now, on separate days, and they are always closed. The hours they say are open are not correct. So, I thought, okay, well it is only $5 a week (as advertised on their site), so I will just keep trying to get a hold of them and cancel before they charge me for another week. Okay, I still have not been able to get a hold of them so I checked my credit card balance today (I am still in the first week after my free trial) and they charged my credit card $65! I am livid! So then I check around a few places on the internet, and other people have the same complaint! If I ever get a hold of this company, it looks like from what other people have to say, I will not be getting my money back. Hopefully my bank will dispute the charges with them. On top of all of this, I was not expecting that charge and my credit card is now over the limit and I have all types of extra overdraft fees that are being accrued each day until I pay the difference! HORRIBLE COMPANY, do not trust them. Also, the site is not worth it, they do not do anything but merely restate what is said in the book and the recipes.
