This company is a complete fraud!Their website state that they have offices in Fort Lauderdale and Miami,Florida and well as Hawaii. They were selling several varieties on Ebay. The one black varietythat I liked had ended so I emailed him to see if I could still purchase it. He agreed and sent me a Paypal invoice which I immediately paid on June 25, 2009.
After I still didn't receive the bamboo by July 16, I called and spoke with Marc. I explained that I didn't get it yet and was going out of town and worried that if it arrived that it wouldn't survive without water. He could not provide tracking numbers or proof that he ever sent the bamboo. All he said was that it hadn't gotten shipped back like I was making it up. He has negative feedback on Ebay stating that he did the same thing to someone else!
He said he would send another plant so it would arrive when I got back on July 26, 2009. He never sent the bamboo. I filed with Paypal for non-receipt of goods and Paypal ruled in my favor. The problem was the company drained all of the money out of their Paypal so I still never got the plant or my money back. I've tried emails and phone calls to the company and got no response.
There is no address on the company site. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They offer alot of different kinds of beautiful bamboo and show pretty pictures on their website. If you buy from them, you may never get the bamboo. Bad News!

You don't answer emails about bamboo I never got nor do you answer your phone or return phone messages which I left. Then, you come on here like you're clueless.
Here's a hint - You can do a search on Paypal for money received to know. My complaint stated the date that I paid.
Paypal froze your account after non-receipt of goods complaints. Even though Paypal ruled in my favor, you drained your account so they couldn't pay me.
Your website is disabled now, wonder why? I guess it doesn't do any good to have it up if items can't be ordered thru Paypal.
Sadly, it didn't have to be this way. I was really looking forward to receiving a nice bamboo and was planning on ordering other varieties if I liked it.
After no response from you and obviously being duped, I felt the best thing would be to alert others not to make the same mistake.

I asked Mrs matthews to please email us with her address so we could mail her out the balance of her refund , its been 2 weeks and no reply, she would rather just keep complaining to all these different agencies than just email us and get her refund ??????

Let me first say that Im sorry for your bad experience with our company, Let me explain whats going on here....We have been growing and selling bamboo plants for over 3 years, we have shipped well over 1000 plants just this year. We have used paypal religiously for the whole time weve been in business. On July 25th when we logged into our Pay Pal account it was locked and the page said that our account was jeopardized and we needed to be re-verified and gave certain steps in which we did. On the other hand there was about 8 orders which were paid for that paypal froze the funds, I could even access the shipping info , so at this point paypal has the money , were not the fraud...check out www.paypalsucks.com there are hundreds if not thousands of people who they have done this to, as for your refund please email me your address to wholesalebamboo@gmail.com and I will see to it you get a refund mailed asap and again I am sincerely sorry for your experience with our company
