South Restaurant Alan Merow refuses to PAY at least 7 employees for work through the month of December in San Juan Capistrano, California

Hello community,

   I would like everyone to know that co-owner Alan Merow has refused to pay at least 7 former employees of South restaurant for work they did in the month of December.  Rather than paying them the money they were owed Alan Merow decided to put the money back into the already struggling business and let all of them go to the labor board to try and collect their hard earned pay.  One of those employees, Matt Reny was owed over 2000 dollars and when his check bounced he had no choice but to leave his home and live out of his van. Alan Merow does not car about anybody but himself and now the ex-staff of South restaurant must wait months for the labor board to help them collect their money.
