South West Plumbing Landlords beware of using South West Plumbing Seattle Washington

On October 26^th   2014 my Wife called Southwest Plumbing to our rental house on said that the toilet was plugged.  They arrived at 11:00 AM according to the tenant.  The Tenant had removed the toilet and then set it back in place with out bolting it back up. On or about 12:00 noon My wife arrived the house and found the plumber diagnosing the problem and wanted to pull the second toilet that is in line with the pipes.  Jean said no that they are in line and was not necessary. On or about 12:30 pm the plumbers had finished unclogging the toilet and the line was free.  My wife wrote a check for $657.75 and then left.  According to the tenant they then reinstalled the toilet and on or about 1:00pm and left at on or about 1:30 pm.  At no time did the plumber look or get in to the crawl space under the house. 

The plumber, Technician( Leo P.  #SOUTHWP071C6)  told the Tenant, after my wife was gone that there were bad pipes, the floor was rotted and the pipe had lead joins that were not up to code. He left a detailed repair estimate of  $2836.69.   He also said that there were mold issues.  The plumber later called Zach and left a voice message that said that if there were any more issues to call him. 

I have since inspected the house including getting in to the crawl space, checking for a rotted floor, mold or a leaking pipe.  I found none.  

Two hour of work for a cost of $609.60 plus tax, then telling the tenant that the house they are living in is unsafe to live in is unacceptable.
