Southeastern Furniture Warehouse Poor Customer Service and Cheap Furniture Greensboro, North Carolina

Never buy furniture here..The Customer Service Is poor, The salesmen lie to the Customers and the Owner is never around. I brought a den set a few months ago, and it would not go thru my hall way, no shape, form or fashion, when we got it home. (I would have fit in the room though). I contacted South Eastern Warehouse back, and told the salesman I brought the den set from. He stated the store policy is, "No refunds or exchanges, and he would see what he could do."

Then I called him back two hours later, her denied what he said, so I had to get my fiance' involved. My fiance' had to threaten to sue, and talk nasty to the salesman to get an exchange, because the salesman would not cooperated. All my husband asked was to exchange the furniture. (Which we just purchached and just took it home)....The salesman, also lied on my husband and said, that my husband started talking nasty to him at first, which was a bold faced lie! The warehouse guy was very nice and sweet..

If it was not for him, I would never got an exchange. I had on 3 choices to exchange my furniture from, which I did not like, so I had to get something. It is just the headache me and my fiance' went thru to get results, for some cheap furniture, that was not worth the hassel. I ended up paying more money our of pocket, with two cheap love seats, that had to grow on me. I was ripped off, and will never purchase furniture from them ever again! I rather go elsewhere, pay more more and get better customer service.
