Southern Asphalt Paving Terry Trail and Terry Trail Sr. No Business license, Fraud Company, takes your money and runs Bethpage Tennessee

I had a contract in March 2016, made many attempts to set up an appointment for paving the driveway. Several dates were scheduled and when those dates came around, Mr. Trail was a no call/no show. Several attempts were made to contact Mr. Trail Jr. and Sr. but was given excuses each time such as brain tumor, in hosptial, dad had heart condition, roller person on vacation. 

This business no longer has an active business license and still conducts business to take people's money and skip town. They are either here in Bethpage, TN or in Walker, Louisiana. 

Recently several phone text messages and email were sent, yet told to contact Sr. When Sr. was contacted, the answers received were, what is your address so I can send a check. Then the next answer was I will refund your check and bring it to your home. The last response from Sr. was, I will wire you the money and hung up the phone. 

Gallatin County Sessions Court have this business and these folks in their system which means that they have been in trouble in the past. Public records shows a home foreclosure over the summer 2016. 

Anyone considering using this business, please do not contact. As of this writing these people do not have an active business license, they have a F rating on the BBB as of September 2016. They do not resolve complaints and refuse to honor contracts and agreements.
