Southern California Public Auction have the worst customer service. They Plain lie to me, give me the run around "will give you your money next week, tomorow, day after, we are working on it,bank is taking time and so on"They don't return my call, and now they hung up on me or tell me to hold on then on voice mail or on hold for 25 min.
The person's name is Maria who is responsible to give me my money but when I try to talk to her she say"I am not here or busy" I know her voice and the only female that works there. She has no idea when my check will be ready. They own me $12,500 for my truck.

I am the "Maria" as named in this client's report and this just came to my attention. In short, this client was indeed paid for the sale of his truck for the sale price less our agreed upon Auction commission. He was paid within the specified time as stated in his Consignment Terms of Sale. Unfortunately this client had to leave the country very fast and could not wait for his check after his vehicle sold which prompted him to become very angry, forceful and disrespectful to me and other employees here.
We tried to assist this client as best we could but as the old addage goes: You cannot please everyone all the time.
In summary, we have been in business for over 15 Years and have never failed to pay any consignor. It is a shame that this report was ever posted and to draw such a bad light on myself and other employees here.
