SOUTHERN LINC ripoff Atlanta Georgia

someone with southern linc forged my signature on contract.. first said my wife forged it and then changed their mind. was told that i would not have to pay 200.00 fee for cancelling early and then billed for it. said that person or persons who okayed it-did not have authority to do so.

i would like to know if anything can be done about them forging my signature-you can look at "the contract" and tell that the same person signed both names. i have copies of my signature that proves i didn't do it.

i never had a copy of my contract-until this came up-and then they faxed me one.

my wife signed me up and i never went into the office.
she came home and stated-"i am surprised that they didn't ask me to sign a contract." so therefore we assumed that there wasn't one, until this came up !!
