I have also been scammed by these people (HOT CHECK) and I'm shock to know that i was not the only one. I would like all of us to get together and report them to the BBB, the Builders Association in all the cities they do business, Greater Builders Association, The National Builders Association, The Secretary of State for the LLC, and the Texas Attorney General for all the hot checks they have written. They continue scamming people  THEY MUST BE STOPPED - they use all these different phone numbers and addresses so that they cannot be contacted. With your information and my information we can probably shut them down immediately....PLEASE  EMAIL ME TO GET SOMETHING DONE AND STOP THEM FROM DOING THIS TO OTHERS!!!!

I was contacted by someone on your behalf Friday that's when I realized all this was going on.  I told him that I no longer worked for that company any more and that I haven't spoken to anyone since I quit.  I was under the impression there is not much I can do to help.  I no longer speak to anyone from that company nor do I know how to get a hold of them anymore.

Dear N.P. I believe you are the one that came to my house.  I have contacted all authorities I can. I will also try contacting Builder's Association.  I'm having issues getting them to take me seriously at the FBI BUT...My local CID is investigating.  I must tell you though I thought you were a part of this scam...the CID also has your name and phone number(no longer in svc).  I would appreciate it VERY much if you would contact them and tell them your side of the story.  The more info and more people they have to talk to will insure these 'bleeeps' get what they deserve.  I will send you e-mail regarding who to contact.

First let me say that I am truly sorry for what has happened to this and all the other homeowners that are going through this same ordeal. If I had thought there was a chance of this happening I would have never wasted my time or made commitments to the people that trusted in me to deliver what I promised.

  I worked as a salesman for Southland Exteriors traveling across Texas running appointments that the company set up for various home impovement services.  My job was to sell only and turn in the contracts and checks to the office via fedex.  After that the jobs were run by the office and the installer.  I was still able to be contacted and was instructed to relay messages about delivery and installation details.  At no time was I ever in control of scheduling or installation.

 In the beginning of my time with the company the jobs I turned in went smoothly and my customers were happy so I felt confident that everything was above board.  As time went on jobs began to delay and excuses rolled in.  I had no answers only excuses that were fed to me.

 I was in an uncomfortable position to say the least.  I was responsible for my own expenses in return for a larger commission share which in turn put me 7k dollars in debt.  Gas, hotels, rental cars added up.  I also was not paid until the jobs were completed so I was experiencing extreme levels of stress just paying my credit card bills.  

So obviously I wanted the jobs to be done in a timely manner as well and when they weren't it hurt me financially as well as the guilt of not delivering what I promised.  Trust me when I say there were many conversations about why jobs were not being done.  I finally had enough and quit via email and never spoke to anyone at the company again.  

I was ordered to submit all copies of my files and cease contact with any of my previous customers for threat of being in violation of some legal mumbo jumbo that I signed when I started.  I also had a personal relationship since childhood with the younger brother of the owner of Southland Exteriors that has been tarnished.  I no longer have any relationship with the owner or anyone else affiliated with that company.

This is an attempt to clear my name.  I am still in sales and have many satisfied customers so my reputation is important to me.  In the end I hope I am not held responsible in the eyes of the people that have been defrauded.  I hope they can forgive me for what has happened to them.

My husband and I were also scammed.  I have contacted my local police, who forwarded info to FBI.  The FBI says that the theft must be over $50,000 for it to be larceny and then they will get involved. OR if there was any money exchanged through the mail then it is mail fraud...and they will get involved.  So if we all get together and contact local police insist that they also contact FBI I am sure that the total theft will more than exceed $50,000.



Also if the FBI does not take our case then insist your local PD contact the Texas Rangers!



Check out my report...it is signed super pissed...somewhere texas. Respond on my report and lets reply to everyone else's and MAKE SURE the FBI gets involved and shut down these scumbag scammers!
