My car has a: 10yr/100,000 Powertrain, 5yr/60,000 New Vehicle, 7yr/Unlimited Anti-perforation, 5yr/Unlimited mile Roadside Assistance Warranties.

When i tried to call Southwest to let them know i want to remove the 6yr/75000 extened they put in my contract for $2000 the Finance Manager rudely told me they will not remove it and hung up in my face.

The company is so stupid because the contract states that ANY CHANGES TO THIS CONTRACT MUST BE DONE IN WRITING. Well i was being nice to call but since they're so stupid not only did i not write it i've also contacted the Government Consumer Office to report this.

What ever you do SOUTHWEST HYUNDAI is a liar and a cheat.
