If I could give zero stars I would! It was horrible! The bed that was advertised as a queen was actually a full size bed on A queen size box springs. Microwave would not,work radio would not work and, the sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when you tried to use it. We reserved this RV six months in advance and we were told one had to be pulled out of retirement for us to use because they didn't have the one that we requested. This wasn't found out until the last minute. Tried to talk to Randy about at least a partial refund and never received a reply back from him. This was after numerous contacts to him. I would never recommend using Southwest RV. Also one of the TVs would not work. There are actually several things that were wrong with the RV and they've made no attempt to make good on their deal. Please listen to me when I say never use Southwest RV. You will regret it! P.S. the bathroom door kept locking us out! Terrible experience! This service is way too expensive to be having these problems! If you use them good luck!

The RV being wrecked has nothing to do with my complaint. I certainly didn't wreck it. Watch out for Randy. He's a real BS artist (or tries to be). Tried bullying tactics with me and they didn't work.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your weekend vacation. There was no "bait and switch" involved. The RV that you reserved is the one you took on your trip and was not brought out of retirement for the rental.
We pride ourselves in the service we provide our customers. Our business is service, and we endeavor to have our customers enjoy their vacation time. Had we received a phone call from you during your trip, after the initial call about the radio, we could have troubleshot the issues and resolved most of them over the phone while you were in the RV. This is why we provide our contact information for issues and questions that arise while on the road.
