sovereign lending solutions title loan america/car loans llc rip off title loan company/ not licensed to practice/many complaints BOCA ROTAN Florida

I got a title loan on August 29,2012 from Title Loan America. I was told to make 12 payments of $316 per month. I paid over $3500 to this company. They repoed my vehicle 2 times for a payment of $30. I was repoed for nothing and I had to call What was then, Sovereign Lending Solutionss, and they had to bring my car back. I made complaints to the STATE OF MARYLAND. I found out Sovereign Lending IS NOT licensed to do business in Maryland. They called themselves exempt from lawsuits because they are protected by the Indian Tribe. Since this my car was in an accident and when I called Sovereign Lending, I spoke to MARK WEINER. He told me I have to pay an additional $5700. I was irate. How can I owe a total of $9000 on a $1500 loan? I just want my title back.een paid more than enough on this loan. SOVEREIGN LENDING/ Title Loan America/ or whatever they called themselves are rip offs. They have so many complaints/ and now a class action lawsuit. I found out the Indian Tribe has stated they have NO standing with SOVEREIGN LENDING/ Title Loan america.
