THE OFF STREET PARKING WAS A HUGE PLUS. IT DID GET CROWDED ONCE WHEN THE MAINTENANCE TEAM WAS HERE FIXING THE ROOF. THE ONLY THING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THAT THE OWNERS DID NOT ALLOW SATELLITE DISHES ON THE ROOF BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA HOLES DRILLED INTO THE ROOF AND THE UGLINESS OF THEM IS PROBABLY WHY. FOR THE MOST PART THE COMPANIES EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL TO US TENANTS AND I LOVED HAVING THEM AS MY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RENT FROM THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

The leasing process for the unit I rent was easy and timely. The building I rent in is a beautiful health and wellness center located in Uptown. The hardwood floors need a little help but I love the new carpet installed in the lower level and the waiting room. I feel like Space Unlimited do a good job responding to urgent requests such as snow removal and plumbing issues and of course the graffiti is always removed within 24 hours. I wish it was a little easier to know who to contact with what issue, billing issues, maintenance, etc. But the company is fair and they do keep their word. I have rented here since 2005 and I hope to continue to rent here as long as I can.

I really love the location of the commercial property I rent in NE Mpls. The building is unique and fits my business style perfectly. I also get a great rate on rent here. When I first started the leasing process Dana walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The maintenance people are good about responding to my requests, only once did I need to wait for a minor repair but I requested it on a Friday and they were out on Monday (they only respond to emergencies on the weekends). The building common areas are kept clean and professional looking. I really like renting from Space Unlimited and would recommend them to my colleagues.

I used to rent from Space Unlimited, from Nov. 2011-November 2016. I rented a 7200 commercial studio in a 15 story building in downtown mpls they own in downtown Minneapolis. The rents in that building were the cheapest in downtown. I would recommend them and hope if I move back to the 'mini'appolis I can be a tenant again. -Dan
