"Stay away from sparepartswarehouse.com".  I went to their website to buy a battery for a dell laptop, this happen to be a rare model laptop. The website listed the correct battery, but out of my own knowledge of buying parts I requested that they contact me before they shipped the item to make sure it was correct. I was not contact by the company and the part was shipped. The battery did not fit my customer laptop. I made contact with them and they tried to act as if I made the mistake. The customer service rep tried to make me take the blame for there mistake with lots of emails accusing me of not doing the right thing. This is a BS company I speak to you as an IT professional, don't buy from these people, it could be a lot worst. I wish I would have visit this site before I made this trans action.
