Give us a break!  The original posting and warning is such an obvious scam.  Bail bondsmen provide such a valuable service to the community and to defendants that they could not otherwise afford to get out of jail by paying full price for a bail

In a previous failed effort to embezzle money, while defaming a lawful bondsman business owner, Mark Scott of Brooklyn New York filed several false Rip-off reports, like this one, and other online postings.  The investigators have now captured video and audio recordings of Mark Scott that have now garnered him a lawsuit seeking Millions of dollars in punitive damages. 

The lawsuit now filed the legal team of George Zouvelos, the Bondsman, in New York Citys Kings County Supreme Court, seeking punitive damages.

Mark Scott previously sued the bondsman charging him with bizarre allegations in civil court and LOST.  Now Scott must face the music for defamation and other allegations.

If people like Mark Scott thought they can get away with filing inflammatory, derogatory, defaming and false allegations and postings; the lawsuit filed by the Bondsman should be a further warning to all that get reach quick schemes will not be tolerated.

Previously Mark Scotts son, who was bailed by the Bondsman, was incarcerated and sentenced for Hate Crimes in Brooklyn New York after he was found guilty by A New York State Supreme Court Judge in Brooklyn.  Some of the crimes initially charged against Mark Scott Jr. were for violent hate crimes and attempted murder.

The incarcerated Scott Jr must have learned behavior from his father, the false Rip-off Report filing Mark Scott.  Scott Sr. was recently captured on tape on several occasions making death threats against the Bondsman and his staff.  This led to the New York City Police Departments ongoing investigation of Scotts continued criminal activities which include threats of violence to those he does not like or agree with.

The Bondsman, and others like him who sometimes fall victim to false claims and Ripp Off reports, will now have his day in court Mr. Mark Scott of Brooklyn New York.  Now, maybe people like you will learn some manners thats if the New York City Police Department does not get their hands on you first.

If your allegations were anywhere near true the Judge of the State of New York would have never authorized your son be re thrown back into jail, remanded and the bondsman thrown in jail instead.
