STAY AWAY - Doug Harwood, Shelley Koning, and Spearhead Plumbing are a bunch of crooks, they double charged us and won't give us our money back. He continually shuts down businesses and opens up new ones to get away from scenarios like this.
He keeps all his customer's credit cards on file and automatically charges them without your consent.
When you receive a bill and pay it by cheque - he then gets the double payment.
He will deny everything when you call him, blaming ex wives etc. What a joke, his third plumbing business in recent years, and a fraud all around.
If you need a plumber in Squamish, Whistler or Pemberton, don't make the mistate I did. Call another company. Do not give this company your credit card number. Be very cautious of Doug The Slug.
