I was contacted numerous times by these people in a 6 day period of listing my car on Auto Trader.  I didn't want to advertise with them but eventually was convinced by Scott that he guaranteed my car to be sold in ten days or less.  I told him we were looking to buy a sequoia and that I'm a single mom of three living on a very small income and that $279.00 was alot of money to me and my children.  He kept pushing and saying it was only an investment that I would make back in selling the car.  He wanted to sell the car for $2000 more than I had it listed.  Within an hour of talking to him and setting up the add called him back to let him know that I didn't want his service and I wanted transaction to be placed on hold because I had made a trade deal.  He said no problem, that it would be taken care of, the next day I recieved a call from a lady named Monica confirming the ad was listed and I told her I had already discust this with Scott and the car should not have been listed because I traded the car.  She told me I would have to speak with Bob the sales manager and sent me to his voicemail 72 hours still not a phone call....Wow impecable customer service I might say!  Scott called me back and stated that he was sending over another email and that he assured me the problem would be taken care of and another promised phone call with another 72 hours passed and guess what nothing!!!!!! I will get my money back because I will not let people like this take from the mouths of my children they should be held responsible for their actions, lies, and scams. These people are a joke and should be held responsible for scamming individuals out of their hard earned money.
