Around the end of Nov. 2008, i called smc to inquire about their company due to seeing ad by Tom Bosley on
siness oportunity.

Talked to a Mrs Tina Kinn out of Arizona. She talked and chatted awhile and then informed me the free packet did not contain all info i needed to reveiw their products. After about thirty minutes of trying to inform her i just wanted free info she seemed to get very pushy and i said i would rather wait until Jan, or Feb 2009 to decide.
She pushed me into ordering the 34.95 startup kit and i did not need to go further if i decided not to.She also said i would need a coach to get started.

I agreed to startup kit as it came with brochure and price list. She took bank info for a onetime withdrawal of 34.95 and if i decided to continue to call and confirm.
I never received a coaching but did receive the packet a week later.

looked at merchandise and decided their prices were no cheaper than walmart or target prices.I never called but got a bill for 439.45 and then received a letter citing they were turning over to collections.

I called and complained and i was told i was on tape agreeing to all .I told them i remembered telling mrs kinn 3 times no.They say bill is legit and i say its not.

Buyers Remorse

AUTHOR: tkinn - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 16, 2010

People have buyers remorse and then post things on here that are not even true. Things should have to be verified first before being allowed to damage someone's reputation. all sales there are verified and recorded. And why would you give your information if you weren't going to be charged. People should stop talking what is not true or accurate.

Got collection letter stating i owed smc around 500.00,told them about my recorded voicemail telling mre. kinn "no" 3 times and then she talked me into startup kit.
Got another letter stating they were dropping the case and returning it back to smc.
